Your basket

Nothing in here yet.

Two ways to fill it. Pick one we’ve already packed, or put your own together.

Your information,
handled thoughtfully.

We only ask for what we need to get your gift to the right door.

Who looks after your information

Harvest Hampers is run by Shamoon Khan. Our address is 200 Western Avenue, London W3 6FW, United Kingdom. You can email us at support@harvesthampers.com.

While you browse

Your basket is saved on your own device so it’s still there when you come back, and a gift note you’re writing is kept until you close the browser. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

When you place an order

Stripe collects your payment and billing details on its secure checkout. We receive your name, email address and phone number, the recipient’s name and delivery address, your gift note, what you ordered and whether payment went through. We never see or store your full card details.

If you’re sending a gift, you’re giving us the recipient’s name and address. We only use them to deliver that gift.

Why we use it

We use your information to take payment, pack and deliver your order, and answer any questions about it. That’s needed to carry out our contract with you. We also keep order records because the law requires us to keep accounting records, and we may use them to prevent fraud. We won’t send you marketing.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs: Stripe to take payment, Notion where we keep our order records, Cloudflare to host the website, and our delivery company to get your hamper there. We never sell your information. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. When they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years, which is how long UK tax rules require us to keep accounting records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, get in touch. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
