A few things
before we begin.
These terms apply when you buy from us. We’ve kept them short and plain.
Who we are
Harvest Hampers is run by Shamoon Khan. Our address is 200 Western Avenue, London W3 6FW, United Kingdom. You can email us at support@harvesthampers.com.
Placing an order
You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout. Your order is accepted once your payment goes through and you see our order confirmation page. If we can’t fulfil an order for any reason, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders of £100 or more. You’ll see the full total in your basket before you pay. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details.
What goes in your hamper
Each hamper contains the items listed on its page, or the items you chose in the hamper builder. If something becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before swapping it for something of the same or higher value.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the UK. You can send a hamper straight to someone else by entering their name and address as the delivery details at checkout. There’s more on our delivery page.
Changing your mind
If you’d like to cancel, let us know as soon as you can. We’ll refund you in full if your hamper hasn’t been packed yet.
Once a hamper has been sent, food and other perishable items can’t be returned, and nor can custom hampers made up to your choices. For other ready-made hampers, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Send the hamper back unopened and we’ll refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving it. You’ll need to cover the cost of sending it back.
If something’s not right
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us as soon as you can, ideally with a photo, and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund. None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Alcohol
We don’t sell alcohol at the moment. Hampers that contain it are marked as coming soon and can’t be ordered.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it. Last updated 2 October 2026.
